The Gullah Museum of Hilton Head was established in 2003
and is located at 12 Georgianna Drive, Hilton Head Island, SC 29926. The museum site contains, "The Little Blue House," a Gullah house built on the island around 1930. The site also contains homes for migrant workers and a trailer converted into a home in the 1950's. The museum closed for renovations in May. The Museum will reopen for the Gullah Heritage Festival on July 1. The buildings at the museum site will be
open to the public. The Gullah Heritage Festival will be held on Saturday, July 1st, 2023, 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
Ticket prices are $10.00 (ages 15 and over), $5.00 (ages 4-14), and children under age 3 free.
