Each year for more than 30 years, the Hilton Head Island-Bluffton Chamber of Commerce recognizes outstanding small businesses for their contributions and accomplishments in the Lowcountry, and honors those individuals whose ingenuity, hard work and innovation have created successful and growing business ventures.
