This culinary adventure will feature an exquisite portfolio of Heaven Hill tastings including Bernheim Original Wheat Whiskey, Heaven Hill Bottled-In-Bond, Henry McKenna Single Barrel 10 Year, Parkers Heritage Collection Barrel Finished, and more!
Savor the smooth flavors and notes of these exceptional spirits that will each be served in a cocktail or straight and paired with a four-course dinner expertly crafted by Chef Clinton Barabas and Sous Chef Jeff Flores. To conclude, we'll finish the evening with dessert crafted by our Resort Executive Pastry Chef, Iain Jones!
