What began as a simple career fair has evolved into an innovative showcase of talent acquisition, industry collaboration, and student achievement. This student-led event brings together hospitality professionals, community leaders, and aspiring industry talent to build meaningful connections that foster career opportunities and strengthen USCB’s legacy of service excellence.

Attendees will experience firsthand the experiential learning that defines our Hospitality, Resort, and Tourism Management (HRTM) program, with students demonstrating their knowledge, skills, and industry readiness.
