Join us for Whiskey Wednesday with Monica Collins! Highlighting Preservation Distillery. $65 per person + tax & gratuity. You will receive a flight, the history of bourbon, education of the distillery and the distilling process for each spirit, along with a snack pairing from our Executive Chef, David Landrigan.

This class will feature three selections from Preservation Distillery and a cocktail:

  • Cowboy Little Barrel
  • Wattie Boone & Sons 9yr
  • Very Olde St Nick Ancient Rye
